Within a very short stint of 17 years since Tim Berners Lee came up with the concept of World Wide Web, the growth of Internet has become unimaginable. Initially the web pages on the Internet were static html pages and the hosting servers found it very easy to support innumerous web pages on a single server since the demand on the server due to the use of static web pages was very low.
But, of Late, websites have started using dynamic contents and the demand on the servers hosting those pages has increased enormously. Web 2.0 concept penetrates into the Internet right here.

These are some free Glass Style badges I made for everyone. I’m not 100% sure if “Badges” is the correct word, but they are intended to be used as design elements in your website or blog. Web 2.0 sites typically make their own, but for all of you who want quick access to this common design feature, I’ve included PNG and JPG images in the download as well as AI, EPS, and SVG source files. If you want to customize the files you will need a vector graphics editor such as Illustrator or Inkscape.

* Open the .PSD file in Photoshop
* Choose and get into the Badge ( group ) you wish to use
* Double click on the base layer to get the Layer Style window
* Move to the Gradients section

Web 2.0 Badges – download glossy free

It took me a while to understand what web 2.0 standard is about. Basically, it’s about badges, gradients, gloss, delicate shadows, rounded corners and juicy colors. Considering all of the above, I decided to release series of PSD files with web 2.0 downloads. Today in the menu – glossy badges with round corners, juicy colours, rounded font and light shadows. 7 Web 2.0 badges vector download

Today, I will give out the my latest vector collection which is 7 different styles of badges vector, all free for download!  As you can see, the 7 badges each I created is unique shapes and styles, read more to take a clearer view of 7 of it.

To make the series special, I put some effort on the last badge. I used some Japanese pattern and sunshine to design it, the result is not bad right? The most important thing is the shape of the badges, the graphics inside are the possibilities of designs, you can always change it to make it yours. This time I provide EPS format for download, I think EPS is more convenient right? Many vector softwares can read EPS, but I recommend to use Illustrator CS2.
